LEVEL has decided to introduce flexible booking options for all its long-haul flights in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 virus. Our primary concern is the safety of our staff and passengers, and we constantly update our operations and procedures based on guidance from both national and international authorities.
LEVEL is part of the International Airlines Group (IAG). Although it is expected to become an independent subsidiary of IAG with its own operator certificate, likely based in Spain, its long-haul flights are currently operated by Iberia from Barcelona and OpenSkies from Paris. Short-haul flights from Vienna are managed by Anisec Luftfahrt. LEVEL started as a low-cost, long-haul airline and began offering transatlantic services from Barcelona–El Prat Airport in June 2017.
For bookings made between March 12th and March 30th for flights in 2020, we are waiving change fees on all long-haul flights. This means you can change your travel dates right up until departure without paying the usual change fee, though you may still need to cover any fare differences. Here are the conditions for this offer:
– It applies only to new bookings made between March 12th and 30th.
– It is valid for customers planning to travel in 2020.
– Any fare difference between the original and new booking must be paid.
– No cancellations or full refunds are allowed unless the fare rules permit.
– This offer is only for long-haul direct flights.
