WizzAir Sends Misinformation to Customers Regarding Schedule Alterations!

On March 29, 2018, WizzAir informed many of its customers about cancellations and schedule changes that didn’t actually occur. This confusion was caused by a technical issue that the company has not detailed.

WizzAir addressed the situation on its Facebook page, suggesting that if customers received a notification about a schedule change but saw no changes when they logged into their WizzAir account, they should simply ignore the message.

So, if you received a text about a schedule change but everything looks normal in your WizzAir account, there’s no need to worry. Just disregard the notification.
