Hi, everyone! We did it! We’ve raised 450.99 EUR, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who trusted us and donated. All the money collected will go to charity. On December 27th, we’re planning to visit the Children’s Shelter in Rezekne to meet the kids and young people there.
We hope our project can make a difference, even if it’s just a small one, by bringing more smiles to these children’s faces. THANK YOU!
I have a big favor to ask—let’s help those who need it more than we do, people who are suffering or alone. It’s easy to sit back and say nothing will change, but everyone can do something to make a difference.
I’m originally from Latgale, the eastern part of Latvia, which is sadly one of the poorest regions in Europe. Together, we can help children and youth without families from Latgale. The Children’s Shelters in Latgale need support to offer essential services, healthcare, table games, playgrounds, excursions, repairs, and equipment. Your donations will hopefully play a part, even if it’s just a small one, in bringing more joy to these kids’ lives.
It all depends on how much we are willing to give. You can donate until December 18th (Sunday), and after that, we’re going to visit the Children’s Shelter in Rezekne. A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone in advance! The first donation of 100 EUR is from me. With Christmas coming up, let’s make things happen together and bring smiles to these kids’ faces. Every bit helps—1 EUR, 5 EUR, or 10 EUR.
Total donations so far (as of 18.12.16): 393.81 EUR.
Best regards,
Edgar Pless, founder of TravelFree.info
