Qatar Airways Introduces Revolutionary Double Beds in Business Class!
Qatar Airways has introduced the first double bed in business class with their new Qsuite. This unique setup allows two middle seats to recline into a fully flat bed, and with partition panels, passengers can create a private bedroom that includes two entertainment screens.
Headquartered in Doha at the Qatar Airways Tower, Qatar Airways serves as the state-owned flag carrier of Qatar. The airline operates from Hamad International Airport in a hub-and-spoke model, connecting over 150 international destinations worldwide—including regions such as Africa, Central Asia, Europe, the Far East, South Asia, the Middle East, North America, South America, and Oceania. They achieve this extensive reach using a fleet of more than 180 aircraft.
Jonathan Harding, the airline’s senior vice president for Europe, explained that the Qsuite cabins are a “first-class product” now available in business class. He described the Qsuite as a groundbreaking innovation that will elevate the business class experience. The double bed in the sky is a standout feature for travelers flying together, while solo travelers can enjoy enhanced privacy, especially in the window seats. Additionally, the versatile configuration of the quad seats offers both flexibility and comfort.
The new seating arrangements have been introduced on Qatar Airways’ daily Boeing 777 flights between London and Doha.
